Hello.

Let's talk about sex and intimacy.

Get started below.

Everyone starts with a 30 minute Intro Meeting. In the Intro Meeting, you will have the chance to tell me a little about your current situation and your goals for coaching.

And I will listen--really listen.

I will tell you about the coaching process and how it all works. And I can answer any questions you may have for me. At the end, we can discuss how best to proceed.

The Intro Meeting is casual and pressure-free. We can get it done in 25 minutes if that's better for your schedule. It's $50.

Provide your name and email address below.

You will get an email with my Calendly link so you can set the appointment at your convenience.

Coaching FAQs:

What happens in a coaching session?

In a typical coaching session, we begin with a greeting and check in to talk about what has happened since our last session, allowing you time to share any updates. Then, we review your goals to make sure we are on track. During the coaching part, we break down your challenges and identify strategies to help you move forward. Finally, we outline actionable steps you will take before our next session so you can continue your progress.

Are sessions held online, in person, or both?

Right now, all sessions are held online via Zoom video call.

How can sex coaching help?

  • Helping you talk about sexual desires, needs, and boundaries

  • Creating practical solutions for desire differences

  • Identifying personal and relational barriers to pleasure and orgasm, like stress, unresolved emotions, and body concerns, and creating action plans to overcome them

  • Discovering ways to enhance sexual pleasure (even on a tight schedule)

  • Demystifying spontaneous sex

  • Finding practical strategies for prioritizing sex, pleasure, and intimacy, and helping you connect every day without feeling overwhelmed

What are your qualifications and experience?

The main ones: I am a Certified Sex Coach, and I have a Masters degree in Psychology with a Specialization in Sexuality. You can go here to find more about my training, certifications, and background.

Who do you work with?

I work mostly with women and heterosexual couples. I occasionally work with men. I am GSRD-friendly but not specialized.

What is the pleasure and orgasm gap?

The pleasure and orgasm gap refers to the discrepancy in orgasm rates between men and women in heterosexual relationships, where men tend to have more orgasms. In my experience, I’ve noticed that women often want more orgasms, and generally men are interested in supporting them. I say let's work together to close this gap because I believe that a fulfilling life is enhanced by more pleasure for everyone.
